If you decide to return your item, please make sure to do so within 30 days of the delivery date. The return shipping fee will be buyer responsibility, as we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping at this time.

Please note that because our products are handmade, the size and color may vary slightly from what is pictured on our website. We take great care in creating each item, but due to the unique nature of our crafting process, slight variations are to be expected.

Also, please be aware that because of the handmade nature of our products, minor imperfections are to be expected and will not be considered defects. We believe that these imperfections add character and charm to our products and hope that you will appreciate them as well.

If you do decide to return your item, please contact us first to let us know and to obtain a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.


Damage Claims : 

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the items. If you find that any item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately through the Help Widget on the screen. Our customer service team will assist you in arranging a return and sending a replacement item.

It is important to note that if your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing us with your order number. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to consider any damage claims made after this period.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our designated customer service channel. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Please note that this refund policy only applies to products that are returned in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of use or damage.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Products MADE TO ORDER are ineligible for returns. For safety reasons, electronically used items like Pendant Lights and Wall Sconces cannot be returned. Custom product orders are also non-returnable since they are made to order.
